Are you ordering to Switzerland?
The following rules apply when shipping to Switzerland:
- Fees must be paid to the postman
- Fees are only billed from 5 Swiss francs (corresponds to an invoice amount of approx. 65 CHF, which means if your order costs more than 65 CHF, you will be charged customs fees, which we have no influence on.)
- Customs clearance costs from 65 CHF = basic customs clearance price (CHF 11.50) + 3% of the value of the goods (including shipping costs, services and customs duties) + VAT based on the value of the goods (including shipping costs, services and customs duties). - In Switzerland, 7.7% Swiss VAT is charged (from 2024: 8.1%)
- Depending on the product category and origin, additional weight-dependent customs duties apply ( further information from the Federal Office of Customs and Border Security )
