Sustainability

Our products are made from eco-friendly and sustainable materials like organic cotton that are durable and kind to the earth without compromising on style and comfort.
Our products are printed by our partner in Germany using innovative and environmentally friendly printing techniques.

We minimize waste through the 'print-on-demand' model, where each product is printed only after ordering, to avoid overproduction and reduce the environmental footprint. You can find more information about sustainability in print-on-demand from our partner Shirtigo .

Our supply chain briefly explained:

Stanley/Stella, a Belgian textile supplier, is known for sustainable garments with optimal printing properties and enjoys a high profile in the print-on-demand industry.

The raw materials for ST/ST textiles come from India and are processed in partner factories in Bangladesh and China. The entire supply chain is made transparent annually in the sustainability report, including transport route and environmental data such as CO2 emissions and energy consumption.

At our partner Shirtigo in Germany, the resulting dresses are printed in an environmentally friendly manner to the highest standards and sold worldwide.

At GRAJF, it is important to us that this supply chain is transparent and visible to everyone and that we can pass on our designs with a clear conscience using high-quality and environmentally friendly materials.

We rely on recycled packaging and support garment recycling initiatives to promote a sustainable cycle in fashion.

Every purchase from GRAJF is a conscious decision for sustainability and helps support a change in the fashion industry towards greater environmental awareness and responsibility. By shopping with us, you are consciously choosing against cheap and disposable products.

Shipment

We deliver to over 200 countries worldwide. There are very few exceptions.

Here is a detailed list of the countries that are delivered.

In addition to the production time , which usually takes no longer than 48 hours , you have to take into account the shipping time after production. This varies depending on the destination.

Within Germany : 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri).

Within the EU: 2-5 working days. The exact delivery time depends on the destination country.

Worldwide : Usually about 5-7 business days, but no longer than 15 business days. Depending on the destination country, the shipping time can vary greatly. This depends on the possible clearance time at local customs authorities, which unfortunately we have no influence on!

Don't forget to add the 48 hours of production time and account for the weekends!

Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

We use reliable tracking for every order to ensure it reaches you. The shipping costs are €7 for deliveries to Germany and €10 for deliveries within Europe and worldwide.

Shipping is free for orders over €100.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, as well as apps such as Shop App, Google App, Apple App for Express Checkout.

In addition to the shipping costs, there are customs costs depending on the destination country, over which we have no influence. Find out more from the relevant authorities in your country.

Example Switzerland:

The following rules apply when shipping to Switzerland:


  • Fees must be paid to the postman

  • Fees are only billed from 5 Swiss francs (corresponds to an invoice amount of approx. 65 SFr., which means if your order costs more than 65 SFr., you will be charged customs fees)
  • Customs clearance costs from 65 CHF = basic customs clearance price (CHF 11.50) + 3% of the value of the goods (including shipping costs, services and customs duties) + VAT based on the value of the goods (including shipping costs, services and customs duties). The maximum customs clearance price is CHF 70.00 (source: post.ch )

  • In Switzerland, 7.7% Swiss VAT is charged (from 2024: 8.1%)

  • Depending on the product category and origin, additional weight-dependent customs duties apply ( further information from the Federal Office of Customs and Border Security )

Conclusion:
Price/T-shirt on average when buying:
- 1 piece: 44.--
- 2 pieces: 50.-
- 3 pieces: 43.-

Returns

No. Since the products are individually made, exchanges and returns are excluded.

Refunds and Complaints Policy

  • You can file claims within 35 days of the shipping status change.
  • Lost shipments can be reported after 10 working days (Germany) or 15 working days (EU+World). When it comes to deadlines, we base ourselves on the shipping company’s specifications.
  • If the complaint is justified, we will send a reprint free of charge. A refund of the purchase amount is excluded.
