Refunds and complaints policy
- Shipment losses can be reported after 30 business days (for domestic US or regional EU orders) or 45 business days (for international orders). After these periods have expired, please contact us within 5 days to receive a reprint.
- In the case of justified complaints, we will send a reprint free of charge. A refund of the purchase price is excluded.
